Standard wooden box packaging (suitable for long-distance transportation and sea export)
This is the most commonly used and reliable packaging method.

The first layer: Inner packaging – moisture-proof and cushioning

Wrap the entire power head with anti-rust oil paper or plastic film to form a moisture-proof sealing layer.

Then, use bubble wrap or high-strength foam cotton for multi-layer tight wrapping to provide the first layer of cushioning.

The second layer: Fastening and positioning

Place the wrapped power head into a custom-made high-strength corrugated cardboard box or plastic film, and then put it in a wooden packaging box.

Inside the wooden box, use fixed wooden blocks, foam blocks or custom foam-formed linings to secure the power head tightly to ensure it cannot move within the box. It is strictly prohibited for the power head to shake inside the wooden box.

There should be at least 5 to 10 centimeters of buffer space between the power head and the box wall.

The third layer: Outer packaging – Structural protection

Wooden box: Made of fumigated/heat-treated solid wood or plywood that meets international phytosanitary standards. The wooden box must have sufficient strength to withstand stacking and handling.

Waterproofing: Cover the top and sides of the wooden box with waterproof plastic sheeting or use asphalt paper to prevent rainwater erosion.

Handling structure: The bottom of the wooden box should be designed with forklift holes to facilitate forklift handling. For heavy-duty power heads, the lifting points should be marked on the box body.
