The first layer: Body protection treatment
This is a direct protection for the equipment itself and is completed before packaging.
Comprehensive cleaning, anti-rust treatment, and exposure of metal surfaces
Internal pipelines: Inspect and ensure that the hydraulic system is well sealed. Special treatment should be carried out if necessary.
Key component protection, precision components/sensors, glass/cab, hydraulic quick-change couplings, fixation and locking

The second layer: Inner packaging and fixation
Make sure the equipment does not move within the box.
Chassis fixation: The equipment is driven onto a specially designed wooden sliding wood base, and then its chassis is firmly locked to the base with high-strength bolts, straps or chains. This is the key to preventing displacement during transportation.
Track support: To prevent the tracks from deforming under long-term pressure, wooden blocks can be placed under the tracks.
Accessory packaging: Random spare parts, tools and instruction manuals, etc., should be wrapped in anti-rust oil paper, placed in a strong waterproof packaging box and fixed beside the main unit or in the container.

The third layer: Outer packaging (selected according to the mode of transportation)
This is the outermost protective structure, mainly in three forms:
Sealed wooden box packaging (highest level of protection)
Lattice box packaging (economical and practical type)
Bare packaging + waterproof film coating (the simplest packaging
