Product description
The skid steer loader lawn mower head is a special attachment installed at the end of the skid steer loader boom, used for efficiently and extensively removing weeds, shrubs and tall grass.
Features
Power connection: The operator connects the quick coupler of the skid steer loader to the hydraulic oil port of the lawn mower head.
Power transmission: Start the skid steer loader, operate the multi-way valve, and deliver the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic motor at the lawn mower head.
Rotary cutting: A hydraulic motor drives the blade rotor assembly to rotate at high speed (typically several thousand revolutions per minute).
Vegetation removal: The high-speed rotating blades cut or crush weeds and shrubs through impact and cutting force.
Operation control: The operator utilizes the flexible steering and lifting arm functions of the skid steer loader to precisely control the height, Angle and position of the lawn mower head, achieving all-round and seamless lawn mowing operations.

Base (wooden sliding wood frame) :
A sturdy base support or sliding wood structure is made of solid square timbers (usually pine, miscellaneous woods and other hard woods).
The bottom is designed with forklift holes for convenient direct forklift transportation.
Protective Layer 1 (anti-rust and anti-scratch) :
All exposed metal parts of the machine head, especially the cutting blade and the interface of the hydraulic cylinder/motor, will be coated or sprayed with a layer of anti-rust oil or wrapped with VCI vapor phase anti-rust paper.
The edge of the blade will be wrapped with high-strength plastic corner protectors or foam sleeves to prevent it from cutting through the inner packaging and also to protect the blade itself from bumps.
The hydraulic oil port must be sealed with a dedicated dust-proof plastic cover to prevent dust and moisture from entering the precision hydraulic system.
