Due to the large volume and weight of the closed sweeping head, as well as its irregular shape, a custom-made solid wooden box is the only safe and reliable choice.

The first layer: Buffering and moisture-proofing

Wrap the entire device with anti-rust gas photo paper.

Then, wrap it tightly in all directions and multiple layers with bubble wrap or high-strength foam cotton.

The second layer: Positioning and Fastening (Key step)

Bottom support: The equipment is placed on specially made bottom support wooden blocks inside the wooden box. The bottom support must be strong enough to bear the entire weight of the equipment.

Tailor-made lining: Use cut foam blocks, foam strips or wooden support frames to fill and clamp around, on top and at the bottom of the equipment. Support points should be selected at the most robust structural parts of the equipment (such as main beams, brackets), and it is absolutely forbidden to support them on thin-walled plates or fragile components.

Fastening: Use nylon straps or bolts to firmly connect the equipment base to the support structure at the bottom of the wooden box, ensuring that the equipment remains intact inside the box.

The third layer: External protection and identification

Wooden box structure: Made of fumigated/heat-treated solid wood or plywood that meets international standards. The box body must have sufficient thickness and reinforcing ribs to withstand the stacking pressure.
