Locking and supporting: Use a customized wooden frame to “embrace” and secure the slotting chain/cutter head, ensuring it remains intact during transportation. This frame needs to be connected to the main bottom support structure to distribute the huge weight and impact force.
Individual protection of the cutting teeth: Each expensive hard alloy cutting tooth needs to be coated with anti-rust oil and may be wrapped with a separate sponge sleeve or foam block to prevent them from colliding and getting damaged.
Fixation of the soil discharge conveyor: Use adjustable wooden blocks to support the conveyor in a fixed position to prevent it from swinging and damaging the hydraulic motor or its own structure.
Hydraulic system protection: All hydraulic oil ports are sealed with special plugs. The hydraulic pipelines may be fixed with cable ties to prevent them from hanging and shaking.
